No-Bake Snowman Truffles
Golden Oreo crumbs mixed with cream cheese, rolled into snowmen, dipped in white chocolate and finished with scarves and faces - no oven needed.
How to make it

Crush the biscuits
Blitz the cookies to fine crumbs. Mix with cream cheese until a soft dough forms.

Shape snowmen
Roll into small and medium balls, stack as snowmen, and chill 20-30 minutes until firm.

Coat
Dip in melted white chocolate, letting excess drip off. Set on baking paper.

Decorate
Add eyes, noses and scarf details before the chocolate fully sets. Chill until firm.
